Shipping policy

Shipping is selected at checkout; all items are shipped with complimentary free delivery. We aim to have the item shipped on the same day, if this isn't possible then the following day. If you are having trouble with shipping contact us via our contact us page or at;  support@saintwhite.uk

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

All returned items must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached.

The buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning any purchased items. Saint White Ltd will not be held liable for any return shipping expenses incurred by the buyer. 

Saint white is not responsible for orders not being collected from the customer's local postal depot if first delivery attempt is unsuccessful. 

If items aren't collected and thus returned to us via our couriers then the customer will have to wait until the shipment has been received back to us before we can initiate a refund. (please note: this can take up to 30 days.)
